Truth Achieved Only Through Jesus Christ!

The exposure of truth in the modern world is blurred to the extent that it is difficult to distinguish facts from lies. When the people governing are more willing to stand for their political agenda rather than stand for what they believe is true. Achieving a lifestyle that stands up for truth is a difficult task that is merely impossible if just human means and efforts are applied. When a human puts in all efforts to lead a righteous life, he fails and gets discouraged so fast. So how can one lead a truthful and righteous life?
Looking at the world and its history we see that humanity was and still is fallen, and the only things they can produce is evil. Thus, this proves that we humans can’t change anything and that we ourselves can’t reach the righteous lifestyle. This shows us that we are at a dead end and are in a critical situation.
After acknowledging the fact that people are not by nature inclined to love truth and attain to it, we need to see that there is a higher being that is full of truth. It is God, the creator of the universe. “He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.” Deut 32:4. The only way we can reach that standard is if our relationship with Him is fixed. He sent his only begotten Son from Heaven to help us solve this problem, and give us a way out of this hole that humanity is in. His Son died on the cross and His blood was shed to give us an eternal salvation.
When unrighteous humans surrender at the cross and acknowledge themselves as sinners, God changes their lifestyle. The work of God changes their unwilling hearts from rebellion to willing obedience. As Jesus said in the gospel according to John says in chapter 14 verse 6 that, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” This shows that our relationship with God can only be restored through the blood of Jesus Christ.
In conclusion, we see that we can’t change our lifestyle as humans. The only one who can though, is Jesus Christ through His saving grace and mercy. Let us always have faith in Him, and constantly thank Him for his saving grace that He has showed to us when He died on the cross. Now, through Jesus Christ, we can lead a truthful life, just because He came and took us out of the pit of darkness and the dead end that we were in. Even though truth is blurred today, let us not loose hope because we have Jesus Christ and His word, The Bible, that is full of truth.

Where Can You Find Truth?

Truth is something that we always look for and is what we want to be exposed to, because truth is a verified and an indisputable fact. For that reason we have court justices that try their best to fight for truth. Many times though, we don’t know exactly if the piece of information that we hear is factual or not, thus it is very hard to except it in our hearts and lives.
A prime example could be the media that we are exposed to on a day to day basis. I say that because the political sphere has a tremendous impact on the media, therefore they can practically shape our mentality and the way we think. If you are skeptical about that statement you can do a simple test for yourself. Pick an issue in the news, and look it up in two media sources. Let one of them be influenced more from the left-wing liberals, like msnbc, and compare the information you have found there with a media source that is influenced by the right-wing conservatives, like fox news. You will be shocked with the differences in perspectives and view points that people are exposed to. This tells us that it’s not that simple to find truth.
Understanding the fact that it is problematic to find truth, we can not become discouraged in our scavenger hunt so quickly. When we turn to The Bible and open The Gospel according to John chapter 14 verse 6, Jesus says “I AM THE WAY AND THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. NO ONE COMES TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.” Here we find a very powerful statement by Jesus. We discover that the source of all truth is only found in Jesus Christ because He is the Lord of all creation and He controls the whole universe. Also the Bible makes it clear that the Word of God is true and gives life to those who strive to live by it.
It is clear that this secular world that we live in lacks truth and constantly faces deceit. Jesus left us The Bible which is full of truths that we can extract and implement in our lives daily. Let’s be caring for the things we expose ourselves to, because there is a famous quote that says “Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you who you are” said by a French doctor Anthelme Brillat-Savarin. If we will accept the mendacity and corruption by not striving for truth, then our life will be unsuccessful because our foundation will be weak. Jesus explicitly explained that in The Gospel according to Luke chapter 6, verses 46 to 49 by saying, “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like. They are like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.”
Having your foundation on the Word of God, The Bible, and Jesus Christ you will be overfilled with the truth that you were striving for in your life. Many people have tried to find truth elsewhere put their hopes where lost quickly. Don’t wait, just accept Jesus in your life and you will be blessed by Him.

Coffee: Good or Bad?

Many times we humans form perceptions about certain things, and don't want to accept the truth. Here are some information that was recently found on coffee:
Coffee has a stimulating richness recognized for centuries as a natural curative.  Published studies have documented the benefits of the topical application of coffee and its major constituent, caffeine. Christine Willett, founder of Barista Bath and Body, has extensively studied the effects of coffee on one’s body and this is what she has found.

1.) Caffeine was identified as a stimulator of human hair growth, in vitro, a fact that has important clinical impact in the management of AGA (androgenetic alopecia or premature hair loss). Caffeine applied topically blocks the production of the hormone DHT at the hair follicle. DHT (dihydrotestosterone) is considered the primary cause of hair follicle destruction triggering hereditary hair loss or pattern baldness.

2.) Coffee has a pH of 4.5 to 5.5, which is slightly acidic. This acidity constricts the pores, creates a protective layer and provides the appearance of firmer, younger looking skin - and helps fight acne too.

3.) Coffee grounds have been used for centuries to slough off old, dead and dried skin cells.
Removal of old skin cells allows for increased moisture absorption by new skin cells. The caffeine in coffee grounds stimulates new cell growth resulting in a finer, firmer appearance.

4.) Caffeine at 10 percent solution inhibits the growth of the enzyme (phosphodiesterase), which exacerbates psoriasis.

5.) The flavanoids in caffeine have been found to inhibit the formation of UVB- induced tumors.

6.) Caffeine, which contains chlorogenic Acid, promotes the natural, non-traumatic elimination of skin cells previously damaged by UVB exposure. These damaged cells cause wrinkles, dark spots and droopy skin.

7.) Trigonelline, caffeic acid, and chlorogenic acid compounds in all coffee and coffee extracts have been found to inhibit bacterial growth of at least 10 microbes including the one causing staph infections like MRSA.

8.) Coffee and caffeine act as vasodilators, which constrict the surface of the skin so it feels tighter and firmer.

9.) The anti-oxidants in coffee neutralize the free radicals created by the body which lead to inflammation and inhibits the growth of hormones and enzymes, which cause inflammation.

Incidentally, research shows that coffee drinkers, compared to nondrinkers, are less likely to develop diseases like type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's and dementia.
Coffee drinkers have fewer cases of certain cancers, heart rhythm problems and strokes.
